Which is harder a backflip or a backhandspring?

yea so ive been tricking for a while and have decided to finally do these moves,however which should i do first?ive lost fear for both,but in terms of technique which is harder?

fyi-tricking is like martial arts and gymnastics put together,lots of flipping and kicking

Back flip no doubt about it. Start with the back handspring and then move on to the back flip.

A back flip is definitely harder.....you'd be better off learning the back handspring first.

i took gymnastics for five years and i still cant do a backflip!

but i learned a backhandspring really fast!
