going off of something becuz u already are high off the ground and you hav more time in the air. it also takes less power. going off of the ground is harder and you need more power.

On the ground, you don't get any extra height like you do when you do it off of something.

a back tuck on the ground is harder cuz you dont have any height to start with. when your going off something you get extra height.
