They're both different, with different objectives in mind.

Neither is harder than the other.

If you mean training wise there very different. Commando's seem to drag you through if you're too tired, Para's on the other hand rely on self restraint and tenacity to keep yourself going.

In my last trip to Argentina I meet some Argentine veterans.I meet the 18 year old conscript who sliced Colonel Herbert Jones ( 2 - Para) he used a FN MAG machine gun.
