  1. Chicken has less fat and cholesterol than beef and ground beef has the most.

Parmesan has a high cholesterol count but it is still better than French fries which are starch and fattening.

so get the chicken and be sure to put lettuce on it so you get the needed roughage to keep you colon clean.  The will do more to avoid colon cancer than switching from beef to chicken.

Colon cancer is a sure death whereas stroke or heart attack is preventable even after you get one.

I eat the veggie sub every time because it is much healthier and now they know how to season soy products so you cannot tell except when you order. Once it comes you will eat it because it looks and smells good.  Presentation is everything in the restaurant business, which explains why you are eating at Subway rather that Dirty Eddie's Greasy Spoon & Gas Station.

Don't know the exact calorie count but the chicken will be substantially less.  Get pretzels instead of chips and come out a winner!

  2. My guess would be the cheeseburger, only because a footlong chicken sandwich would be twice as big.....

  3. grilled chix parm

  4. Well, I would have to know the exact amount of cheese, chicken, fries, etc...but here is a general idea of calories:

750 calories in chicken parm sub

    http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/it...

510 calories in Quarter pound cheese burger

    http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/it...

    539 in large fries

Basically, the fries add a lot of calories to the cheeseburger meal, so the chicken parm sub would be "healthier".

  5. grill chick  parm

  6. The grilled chicken parm sub, because it has grilled chicken..cant give calories with out knowing what kinda bread, sauce and cheese.

  7. i think the chicken parm would be healther

  8. Neither. if you're concerned about nutrition, don't eat fast food.

both of those dishes are high in fat. depending on what kind of fat is in the fryer, it could be (probably is) trans fat.  It's better to eat a stick of butter than to eat trans fat (hydrogenated veg oil(crisco))
