Which is healthier, take out Chinese or pizza from like Pizza Hut?

  1. The problem with Chinese food in general is that it has a lot of carbohydrates and is often fried. If you order your Chinese food steamed, it has much less calories, but still a lot of carbs.

    Pizza Hut is one of the least-healthy pizza restaurants. It's considered comfort food pizza. Very very high calories, huge amounts of trans fats, and overall it's a very savory kind of pizza. Definitely not a place for dieters.

    So, neither of these is a good choice if you want healthy food. I would call the Chinese restaurant you have and ask them what some low-calorie meals are. If you want pizza, I'd look for wood-fired thin crust pizza, which is much healthier than the gooey slices at Pizza Hut.

  4. Depends, Chinese is often fried and contain MSG ( Monosodium-Glutmate) I would probably chose Pizza anyway.

  6. i think pizza is. i have seen buckets of meat laying out in the open in chinese restaurants. wondered if this was violating the health codes and have seen it alot. cut up pieces of meat laying out in the open in big buckets like.

  8. well when you have chinese they fry and deep fry most stuff and while eating pizza tons of calores depends on the toppings but pizza has more calories

    Chinese food is mostly fried and has batter on it and it contains a ton of sodium.  An common myth is that it is healthy because it contains veggies, not true if they are cooking in in oil and then frying it in rice or dumping gravy on it.

    Pizza is not a great choice but the better of the 2 depending on the toppings.  It does have fat and carbs however, it has less fat that Chinese food and if you get veggies as toppings it is a healthier choice.

    pizza is tons of calories and homemade pizza is better than both.
