  1. the PB and J...maybe the first one if it wasnt a white tortilla and it was maybe a whole grain one

  2. The first.

  3. The first one, sounds yummy!

  4. idk but i rather eat the 1st one

  5. I would go with the first choice because peanut butter is high in fat and calories and also sugar. So if you go with the first choice I think the grilled chicken should be white meat so that way less fat  and the pepper and onions can give you vitamins but the onions can give you natural sugar

  6. do the tortilla on wheat.

its healtheir and a fresher than a PBJ.  Peanut buteer, such as Jiff - is wayyyyy processed...and so is the jelly.  Most Wheat breads are really glorified "White processed" breads.

Veggies, you can eat as much as you want.  A white torilla will have about 200 calories and the ck will have about 200 as well.  Thats an excellent meal

the Peanut butter alone will have about 400 caloires...not includnig the sugary jelly.

anyway - def the first one

  7. I would say the top. More nutrients, and more likely to keep you full longer. If you could switch to a whole wheat or reduced fat tortilla it would be better. Sometimes tortillas have alot more fat than you think they do.

PBJ can contain a TON of sugar. Look for no sugar/salt added pbjs

  8. A white tortilla with grilled chicken, green peppers, red peppers and onions.

  9. Depends on the type of tortilla, among other things.

    A regular 13" white tortilla is 330 calories - 8 g of fat.

3 ounces of skinless boneless chicken breast is 145 calories, 3.1 grams of fat

Peppers and onions - will count those as "free" as long as you don't use oil to cook them.

So: 475 calories, 11.1 grams of fat in the chicken tortilla

Peanut butter, 2 Tbs 188 calories, 16.2 grams of fat

Jelly, 1 TBs Smuckers Grape: 50 calories, 0 grams of fat

Whole Grain bread (as an estimate) 2 slices 260 calories, 2 grams of fat

So:498 calories,  18.2 grams of fat in the PB&J

Go with the chicken option - but try to find a tortilla that is high in fiber, low in fat/calories

  10. white tortilla with grilled chicken, green and red peppers, and onions.

You are getting more of a variety and more vitamins and all that.

  11. The first you get protein and cancer protection.

the second is just carbs protein and sugar

  12. First one, Much nicer too =p

  13. A white tortilla with grilled chicken, green peppers, red peppers and onions. Peanut butter is high in fat and calories and both the peanut butter and jelly are full of sugar.

  14. i'm thinking the chicken tortilla

  15. Either is a good choice.

  16. hmmm.... im going to go with option number 2

but really, i have no frickin clue

  17. number 1

  18. number 1 sounds healthier.

  19. The tortilla. I would use lean chicken and a whole wheat tortilla. Sounds delicious! :P

  20. One - the jelly probably has high frutrose corn syrup.

  21. I would never turn down a  Peanut-butter & Jelly sandwich.

  22. probably a white torrilla with grilled chicken, peppers and onions because it has some carbs, ur protein and the vegtables u need.

  23. They're both actually not bad choices, but I would say that the first one is healthier. But if you can make that a non-white tortilla it would be even better and healthier. The second one is good, but you just don't get as much as in the first one, I think. The second one would have more fiber though.

  24. A tortilla, less fat than the peanut butter.

  25. The chicken tortilla is less fattening, but some say 1tbs. of peanut butter a day is not bad for you.  If your trying to lose weight go with the grilled chicken, on the other hand if you need something a little naughty the pbj is a good choice.

  26. the peanut butter and jelly most likely

  27. the first one is way healthier
