Which is heavier: one ton of cotton or one ton of bricks?

THEY ARE EQUAL!!!!!!  They are both one ton!!

A ton of cotton will occupy more space that a ton of bricks.

A ton by weight = a ton by weight.

For example - a pound of feathers will take more space than a pound of sugar.

they're the same but one ton of bricks would probably be easier to carry since you'd need a h**l of a lot of cotton to equal one ton. :)
