Which is higher, the Sydney Tower or Ayers Rock?

I know I'm comparing a man-made structure with a natural wonder, but, I'm guessing--aren't they both a little more than a thousand feet (304.8 meters)?

I would have said sydney tower, but wow, from the other answers it seems ayres rock is taller.
