  1. 100 centi = 1 second so that one

  2. Well, Stormo is correct, but lets figure it out.

1 Centisecond (I don't think that I have ever heard of that unit) = 0.010 seconds.  Centi implies 1/100 th.

    (100 Ct.sec. / 1) x ( 0.010 sec. / 1 Ct.sec.) = 100 x 0.01 = 1.0 seconds, after the Ct.sec's units cancel out.

    (100 millisec. / 1) x (1 sec. / 1000 millisec.) canceling out units, = (100 / 1000) = 0.1 seconds.

    (0.01 sec. / 1) x (1000 millisec. / 1 sec.) = (0.01 x 1000) = 10 milliseconds.

This method of setting up the problem so that unwanted units cancel out is called Dimensional Analysis.
