Which is less expensive? 1 or 2 window units or central air? In a 2bdrm trailer, trailer well insulated. Md.?

Just moved in, ran central air during mini heat wave last wk, kept temperature at 84 degrees & was nice in here. (was 90's outside & humid). People have said running 1 window unit was cheaper than central, but some people have said central is cheaper than running 2 window units. Don't even know if need to window units in here, maybe only one?

The window units would be, You can turn one on and leave the other off. Save energy and money that way.
