Question:

Which is more comfortable running or walking shoes?

I am buying a new pair of shoes but I don't know which to get I don't run much but I want a shoe that can when I do and is very comfortable.Any suggestions?

  1. Running shoes are built for impact.  So they work better for me expecially if your are working out in them.

    Lots of companies make excellent shoes designs for running and/or walking. For your first good pair, I recommend going to a store dedicated to runners (not a large store dedicated to sports in general, and not a regular shoe store). Their employees can do two things for you. One, they’ll get you a true fit. Perfectly-fitted running shoes have no break-in period and feel great from Day One, whether you're running or just walking the dog. Two, by seeing your socked foot and you in general, they’ll know which shoes are likely to fit and support you in the activity you’re about to start, so you’ll be trying on three or four pairs, not a couple dozen.
