Which is more damaging to the environment? hairspray, or bug spray?

my teacher told me that hairspray was more efective than bug spray at getting rid of stinging bugs such as wasps and bees. it is. the hairspray makes their wings to stiky to fly. so instead of waiting for them to die, they fall instantly. now i'm wondering which is worse; the poison from the bug spray, or the whatevers bad about hairspray.

with hairspray only the gas is harmfull the contents are not

with  bugspray the gas is harmfull and the contents that leave with the gas is poison <as well

i heard that hairspray stuff destroys ozone, but the bug spray kills bugs so they are both bad

Not all "bug spray" is poisonous for warm blooded animals these are compositacae (daisys) plant extracts. Others are deadly to all breathing life. With "hair spray" some is only a plant resin, others are dissolved plastics and very bad. In this case the sticky substance knocks the bug down but what kills it is smothering. Insects breathe through "spiricles" along their sides. The hair spray clogs these up and the bug suffocates.
