  1. I had both in high school, and chemistry wins the contest for most difficult hands-down.

  2. CHEMISTRYYY(:

  3. I took Earth Science in the eighth grade, and it wasn't difficult at all.

  4. I'd say chemistry. But I've never had earth science, because I'm in the advanced program, and I skipped earth science for biology.

But definitely chemistry. It's a lot like a math class, you'll need a calculator (graphing is best).

  5. earth science is so easy and boring.... i took it sophomore year and i got an A. chemistry is a lot harder!

  6. Chemistry.

  7. Definitely Chemistry!! Earth science is much more interesting and subjective.... tests would be multiple choice, fill in blank, essay etc.

Chemistry is math based, but not as easy or straightforward as math! Doesn't make a whole lot of sense sometimes.... BSing on exams wouldn't be very easy..... absolute answers....you either know it or you don't!

    Good luck!

  8. chemistry. hands down. I have taken earth science, and although I didn't like it (I'm more a life science person) it was way easier then any chemistry I have done.  Earth Science is more of identifying rocks, and learning about what happens to the earth and what will happen and what won't happen. You'll learn about Wagner's theory. The different kinds of tides, stages of erosion and lots about mountains (ring of fire etc) If your trying to decide on what colleges want. It also ultimately depends on what you want to do. Do you want to do something that needs earth science? If not take chemistry, your much more likely to use it and it comes in handy a lot more often.
