Which is more dumb, having a pet rock, nonliving. Or a pet plant, living?

I think its more dumb having a pet rock because it teaches nothing to people and a pet plant teaches you to be more responsible and loving.

i think it would be pretty interesting to have a pet rock that's living. altho if u get it angry it might bash ur head in as u sleep.

Calling a rock a "pet" is dumb. You can collect them, but they aren't pets. A plant is a living thing and it at least serves a purpose - cleaning the air in your home.
