I should note that the electricity in my place is generated with the help of fossil fuel. Thanks!

  1. You have to print it first

It is very bad for our eyes as there is no hard outer covering in outer layer of our eyes

you can use the PC directly if there is a mechanical eye protecter in your PC or may be you can wear a powerless glass which fights against the rays which are bad

THIS HELPS IN SAVING YOUR EYES

BUT I THINK IT IS NECESSARY TO PRINT IT BCS IT IS MUCH BETTER

  2. The computer is more environmentally friendly, I believe. It doesn't require the use (and waste) of paper, and there is no scientific proof that using a computer has a derogatory effect on eyesight.

That said, if the document will require repeated viewing or transfer to other individuals, I would advise you to print the document off anyway, as long as it is fairly short and you use an environmentally friendly method (use a small, compact font, print it on recycled paper etc).

  3. The computer is more environmentally friendly.  Monitors don't use a lot of power these days, so you would definitely use less power than what it would take to manufacture a piece of paper.

  4. It is definitely more eco-friendly to read it on a computer. (your printer uses electricity ink and paper!)

As for your eyes - staring at a computer for long periods does cause eye strain, so take a break every 15 minutes, however there is no strong evidence that it will make you loose vision.
