  1. Tennis Would be the most excercize because its one on one and you run the hole court. Volleyball takes the most skill and is obviously the best sport ever, but if its fitness id go tennis,

  2. I think volleyball because your toning your whole body you have to be on the tips of your toes the whole time which tones your legs you have to be bent over which tones your back and have to be strong to hit the ball down hard.

  3. Softball... nope!

    Volleyball and tennis... tie.

  4. i would say volleyball is.

Makes you run, you have to have upper body strength and keeps you in shape.

in tennis you dont do much running

  5. Volleyball for sure. V-Ball requires you to move all the time, you must use your legs 99% of the game, you must use your arms for spiking, partially for volleying & for overhand serve.

PS: Don't run for exercise. Walk instead. I'm 15 and I used to run, and about 3 months after I started, I got pains in my ankles and knees. Not good! Running is damaging to your joints! Instead I "power walk". Try that instead.

  6. Volleyball

  7. probably volleyball or tenis...they make you move around more.....however i would NOT pick softball because its not much of an acttive sport.....you stay put most of the time and dont move around much. personally i think tennis would be a great fitness sport ecspecially if you have endurance

  8. ne of them, u have to be strong in every part of ur body in all of those sports...now its which one is funner?

  9. Well first let me start by saying there are better sports that would do all that. Swimming and running are major calorie burners and it's the best way to stay or get into shape.

However, if i had to chose which was more effective I'd chose either volleyball or tennis. Here's why: with tennis you're moving the whole time and you play by yourself. if you have a good and hard coach volleyball can be more. It all depends on how serious you are and  you're coaches are about training you. Good luck!

  10. Volleyball, you move more, and you get up and down more.

  11. well i play volleyball basketball and softball. and thats what keeps me in shape.
