Which is more exciting? NCAA Tournament or Olympic Basketball?

for me the NCAA Tournament because of all the buzzer-beaters,school pride,close games,upsets,cinderellas,and the mystery of the tournament in general. The one thing I do like about the olympic tournament is the patriotic pride, I know they have the FIBA Championships but that comes nowhere close. I like seeing players like Lebron James,Kobe Bryant,Chris Paul,Dwayne Wade,and Carmelo Anthony on the same team, but to me the NCAA Tournament and the 65 team field is way better, not knowing whos going to upset who and wholl survive until the next round, plus the number of brackets that get busted each year. NCAA Tournament or Olympic basketball, which do you find more exciting?

this is a good question, for me the ncaa is better because I'm like you, you never know who's going to upset who is, they are a lot more physical then the nba, the pride of these young athletes is just great, the games are almost always close and to the last minute/seconds, i love ncaa basketball.

     i love the usa basketball of course too i have watched every game but we know who's going to win the usa none of these countries can hold us off, yes i know 2004 we lost we just fell off but we will get our title back!!!!!! and we only get to see the olympics ever 4 years that sucks too.!!!!!!!!

I think that the NCAA tournament is not only more exciting than the olympics, but I think it is the most exciting to watch in all of sports. There is no other sport, tournament, or series that can have such thrill or excitement. Every year you get a team that is not supposed to be there. Who would've thought that Davidson would have done as well as they did? Or that George Mason would make it to the final four? Also every year you have game winning dunks, free throws, jumpers, 3's, and even some half court shots. What makes it so exciting is that you don't really know about the teams like you would in pro leagues or olympics. Nobody in their right mind would take USD over Connecticut but that is because nobody knows about them. And that is the key to excitement, you never know what is going to happen!

hey well really its the NCAA b/c the talent and there is not alot of blow out games and b/c so many pple are going for diff teams then just every1 going for the same team...but when it comes to the actual championship/gold medal game im going to go with the olympics b/c there is nothin like hearing your national anthem

ncaa tournament. you see the future olympic basketball players leading a team to victory. then when they get to the olympics, you watch the ncaa tournament again to see the stars that will be in the next olympics.
