k so i was just curious.... obviously something like cookies/candy bars or any junk food really is bad for you. but like, let's say for some reason (i don't plan to, i'm just wondering though) u start having ur meals consist of nothing but junk food. like let's say ur diet becomes like 4 candy bars every day. but that's all that u eat. so obviously those are all super sugary and fattening, but if that's all you've eaten all day then that's only about 1000 calories. where as let's say u ate super healthy foods (veggies, nuts, dairy, meat, all that stuff) but a lot of them, and u ended up eating like 1500 calories worth of healthy food, which would be more fattening in the end? a small amount of junk, or a large amount of nutritional food?
and i know that you'd obviously be more healthy all around eating super healthy, i'm just curious how each would affect ur weight? thanks ahead of time! :)
