Which is more important for tourists, good service or good amenities?

Both.. without good service I would leave, without good amenities I would leave. There needs to be a balance of both. Remember, people are on vacation and want to rest and relax without being bothered with stress or stressful situations.

I would prefer good service.  Amenities are things that I can live without.  They are extras that may be nice to have.  However, getting something without good service included gets me mad!
