  1. not words because politicians only speak bs.....

    so actions

  2. Actions speak louder than words

Obama 'tells' us he's patriotic while McCain has SHOWN us

  3. Celebrity eloquence does not establish eligibility!

  4. "Well done is better than well said."

    Benjamin Franklin

    Undecided - Independent

  5. both. you take their words and compare them to their actions and see if they follow each other.

  6. Words are hollow (Pres. Bush I, "Read my lips no new taxes."...only to raise taxes a month after giving the speech) and actions can be wrong (The Iraq War is a prime example)...the most important thing in choosing a President is good judgment and common sense, neither of which McCain possesses.

  7. It depends on the situation

  8. its actually neither since we don't really have the power to vote for the president its just what the government tell us, but the truth is that the electoral college are the ones who actually vote for us. ill explain once we vote and the ballots are taken to the electoral college who take our votes and then they vote accordingly but they can vote for who ever they want. "they" just tell us to vote to give us the illusion of power. If you don't believe me go to any highschool history text book and read about it, its in there

  9. i'd rather have a president with good words and ideas and not come through with them than a president with bad ideas and go through with them.

    obama 08.

  10. Vision & plan-of-actions.

  11. Actions.

    McCain/Palin 2008

  12. Well...clearly actions, hasn't O'bama blown more smoke than a locomotive??? Thats an action right?

  13. words are promises and proposals, actions are real. If words are backed up by actions, then the probabilities of actually delivering promises are higher. Words alone without  any actions to back them up takes a leap of faith to accept.

  14. easy answer: both

  15. Honestly, the president doesn't have much power. He cant make or vote on laws, he only has the opportunity to veto. He cant, change our energy source without senate approval. He is really more of a cheerleader than an actual thinker. And guess what, you have advisers to do the thinking for you. Really, I want a president to make us seem more favorable to the rest of the world, and give the people an ounce of hope.

With that said, I think words are more valuable.
