  1. Righteousness is the key. Belief and obedience are nothing. You can believe, and obey, and do nothing.

  2. Jesus said:

"If you love Me, you will obey Me."

In order to love Jesus Christ, a person must be born again - to believe in Christ, repent of sin and obey Him.

  3. The concept of the faith taught in the Bible is inseparable from obedience.

If you believe eating a potato will make your head explode, you will not eat a potato.

Unless your problem is more serious than I thought.

  4. Neither. The Lord himself affirms that Baptism is necessary for salvation. (Cf. John 3:5)

  5. We are saved by grace through faith, and not of works. That being said, once saved our love for God and mankind should ignite us to perform good works and to obey the Word of God. As Jesus said, If you love me you will do what I say. So, then, obedience is the result of our love for the Lord and our love for the Lord is the result of being saved by grace through faith.

  6. accepting Jesus as Lord

even satan believes in Jesus  knows  he is real.

  7. Salvation is accomplished by doing what Rom. 10:9, 10 states. Now Fellowship with the Father, that's another thing altogether. Believing is the key to Heaven and faith unlocks the door.

9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

  8. Belief in Christ.
