  1. well water is much more healthy, and you should drink it anyways, but i chew gum all the time and it keeps me from eating.


  2. I find both to be very beneficial when I'm trying to lose weight.  The water fills me up physically, but the gum provides a much needed flavor in my mouth which is very satisfying.  

  3. Well to be honest, I think gum would reduce your eating since your mouth would be kept busy. However I would try using water, it fills you up and its healthy...but if you're not use to drinking it regularly you may find yourself going to the bathroom alot more.

  4. Water, gum doesn't actually put anything in your stomach.  It just keeps your mouth busy.  Water will actually make you less hungry.  Good luck.
