OK i guess u mean 22 long rifle and 223 , both are 22 calibre just to let u know, the 223 is alot more powerful will push a 50 grain projectile about 3100 fps give or take where as the 22 long rifle which is a rimfire as opposed to centrefire will shoot around 1200 fps therefore the 223 which is a remington calibre is much more powerful.
