Those democrats have a lot of imagination. But they don't seem to live in reality.

  1. McCain did vote with GWB 100 percent of the time this year and 95 percent last year......so the McCain-Bush thing isn't too surprising.

What are the differences between them anyhow?

  2. Obama to JFK. Geez, First off the 60's vs the 21st  century? Please. JFK was a hero in WWII.  I cant believe all the direct & subtle references the media make to this comparison. And on top of it the JFK/Camelot mystique is BS anyway. He was president for less than 3 years. Come on. He just had a good group of image makers.

  3. Comparing Obama to any American President that would have been killed before he would let our country just be turned over to anyone , much less the UN , is probably the funniest thing I have ever heard . It is totally ludicrous that anyone  would even consider Obama an American . He is a mulatto that does not like whites , and his entire family is exactly the same way , he has no experience in foreign affairs and can not even to begin to run his own household muchless a nation . Of the two mentioned , this one has got to be the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard

  4. McCain is no GWB, but, he has endorsed, economically, the current tax rate, which, is killing the value of the dollar because of the inane federal budget shortfall each year.  One can only hope that McCain would rely on better actions as President.

Obama does have similarities to JFK.  Young, well spoken, and, a Democrat.  Camelot, the myth, arose after JFK's assassination.  It actually was described as such by Jackie, JFK's wife, to a Life magazine reporter a week or two after JFK's death.

Obama has led a very different life than JFK up to the same point in each man's life.

    But, I do see similarities.

  5. Obama to JFK is the topper here. JFK was very anti-communist and Obama, having his way, would lead the country in that direction. He has much in common with the Cuban Castro ideology.

  6. It is certainly less ridiculous to compare Mr. McCain to Mr. Bush.

  7. Even though I am dem-leaning, I don't agree with the comparison of Obama to JFK.  The only real similarity is that they were both pretty young when they started running for president, and both were considered to be charismatic.

I don't think you can say McCain = Bush, but you have to admit there are a lot of similarities there.  I'll admit McCain is a heck of a lot smarter and more experienced than W was when he entered office, but their stance on every major issue is exactly the same, and McCain would continue Bush's failed Iraq agenda.

  8. Obama is pretty much like JFK - smart, thoughtful, inspirational.

McCain is different from Bush in that he is angry, old and grumpy. Otherwise, both Bush and McCain are quite delusional and do not understand economy and international affairs whatsoever. Here they are the same.

  9. Obviously you can debate whether Obama is like JFK.  There are some similarities and some differences.  Whether or not you think that Obama is more similar or more different depends a lot on how you feel about the two men.

There is less room for opinion about comparing John McCain to George W. Bush.  McCain has voted with Bush's policies over 90% of the time (100% this year).  Even McCain's advisers are unable to point out areas in which McCain differs from Bush in policy.

  10. The democrats know that Obama is no JFK they just refuse to admit he is another Jimmy Carter.
