  1. Loose fill is either cellulose or fiberglass generally put int walls of existing homes and attics. Foam in place is either a .5 lb ( open cell ) or 2 lb ( closed cell ) foam sprayed into new construction. Batts are pre fab pieces of fiberglass usuall in 15 or 24 inch depending on the studs they are going in so the answer is c
