Which is regulation sized pool table 8" or 7"?

I was looking at amazon to buy a pool table and one table above it said 8" and another said 7" and i want regulation sized. So tell me which is it?

Pool tables come in 4 sizes  6, 7, 8, and 9 feet... professionals use 9 foot tables ... like on espn2

Try playing Snooker, the table is 6ft x 12ft. That's long potting.
