Which is smarter a dolphin or a seal?

I have read that dolphins just follow instink as a pigeon is more 'clever' than a dolphin! (P.S,to those dolphin lovers,i love dolphins too and read a lot about them and discoverd this,so iam not being nasty!) But iam not sure about seals,they are probably the same in the smart test,in their own ways!

dolphin is smarter than seal beacuse dolphins have more number of brain cells.

Yes both of them are intelligent.But dolphins have a bit more grey matter than seals.

well i belive dolphins for sure becouse like us they have s*x  for fun and not only to reproduce so the are way cool allthough some may view there metherds to getting some a bit rough as three males will seround a female and take turns untill they have had enough but they are animials after all
