Which is stronger a lion or a house cat of a size of a lion?

Cats do have faster reflexes and can jump high but lions can jump high as well. Lions will definitely win the fight because:

size of claws, jaws and male lions have large thick manes which will intimidate a cat in a fight. Lions also have thicker skins than cats and is said that they heal faster as well.
