  1. manga

  2. Manga. The storylines are better and so is the romance, in my opinion.

  3. Er.. Comics :\ because there art is much more detailed. And I just like there story lines, plus a lot more heros

  4. Manga. Comics don't even begin to compare to Manga. Period.

  5. Manga tend to have more fantastic, weird, or normal stories.  Most have good story quality and are presented linearly (you have to read # 1 before you read #4, for example).  Comics are different styles of art (not my preference) that are episodic (you can pick any of the up) with varying degrees of story lines.  Most normal comic book storylines can be anything from amazing to hopelessly convoluted.  However, some of the greatest novels in the English language are comics (The Watchmen, V for Vendetta, The Sandman), which is something manga could never aspire to (as it's japanese.)

  6. Manga =D

    I love it

  7. def. manga. even though it is, in a sense, Japanese comics, the storylines and art are far more unique than American comics.

  8. Manga. The story lines are always different compared to comics which usually center around one superhero who battles villains. I prefer manga also for the art because for me, comics have too much details and not enough dialog where as manga has that. =D

  9. Well, manga means "comic" in Japanese, but it's essentially a different type of comic. Although I believe they are equal on a wide basis, I believe that manga is a little more superior. In terms of art, everybody in manga has their own take on it, which of course is in comics as well, but mangaka's commonly choose to polish their work better using screen tones and things like that. About the storyline, manga seems to make an effort not only to present beautiful pictures but to also create realistic storylines which the reader can relate to with real human emotions. Although it depends what type of manga you're talking about, there's a whole ton of manga genres. Many can debate, but this is my opinion.
