Of course, they are all dangerous(except, for I suppose, some countries that are the smaller than many states). But if, god forbid, we were to go to war with another superpower in the world, which would be the most dangerous for humans, all over the planet?

Cuba would not be an issue, but North Korea is still dangerous because we aren't sure about their nuclear status. In truth, any country with nukes would be dangerous to fight (Russia, Pakistan, India, France, Israel, etc).

Russia without a doubt. they have 2200 nuclear war heads and hundreds of intercontinental ballistic missiles that can hit anywhere in the U.S., and they hate us.
