  1. CCNA and MCSE are on different levels.  The MCSE is better compared against the CCNP.  The CCNA is better compared to the MCP.

    If you are asking which track is better to follow, Cisco or Microsoft, it is a personal question rather than which is better.  Both tracks will get you paid the further up them you move, it's more a matter of which you prefer to work with.  Servers or routers.  

    Servers are a lot more GUI oriented, at least when starting out.  Routers are a lot more CLI oriented.  If you aren't comfortable working in a command line, Cisco might not be the route.  Servers are a lot more point and click.

    I prefer routers to servers.  Easier to understand, for me at least. :D  

    Cisco all the way.
