Which is the best CPL training academy of the world?

The cheapest. Nobody will care where you got your ticket. Just that you got one.

In whose opinion?  Nobody has that claim or would profess to unless it was the marketing people.

Academies are all a waste of money. Find a local flight school where ever you decide to attend college. Get a degree in something besides aviation, the airlines don't care what it is in. There is always a chance to get laid off, its nice to have something to fall back on.
