  1. Costa del sol without a doubt................lovely weather, food, people..................you can live as cheap or as expensive as you choose or as your wallet allows!

  2. The Costa del Sol is the best in my opinion. Great weather, very good hotels, good variety of entertainment and attractions and not too much trouble with drunks etc.

The people are friendly, the beaches well maintained and there are always plenty of good value flights from the U.K. to either Malaga, Jerez or Gibraltar

  3. I have been to the Costa Brava in Lloret where it was really wild and beaches were shingly I wouldnt go back there but thats my personel experience, however the Costa Del Sol was lovely stayed in Fingerola (sorry about the spelling) The gardinia Park which was within walking distance to the center close to everything i.e. waterparks, fun fair beaches were really lovely too nice and clean. Try searching for 'trip advisor' on the net you will get a honest opinion from real people! Good luck

  4. if its sun and good entertainment then its got to be benidorm on the costa blanca you need to stay in the levante area few really good hotels are the helios, sol pelicanos, presidente all nice good food.

  5. For me the Costa Blanca.

Yes, it includes Benidorm, but there are many, many other resorts and towns to choose from too.

I have to say that I also love Salou. It`s more family orientated than other well known resorts.

If you are interested in seeing the real Spain try the Basque Country, San Sebastian and Bilbao, or the coast of Cantabria, Asturias or Galicia in the north. Not as sunny but beautiful scenery and fabulous gastronomy and architecture etc.

  6. Depends what you want to spend. Costa Blanca is good as it has all round entertainment etc and good weather. I live here but did like Marbella when I went there. But pricey. Tenerife is nice as well, even though not on the mainland. Beautiful scenery is everywhere in Spain if you hire a car and take the trouble to drive up into the mountains. People don´t know the real Spain.

  7. The best one is Costa de la Luz, in Cadice.

  8. For good food, sun and entertainment it has to be Costa Blanca:   try Javea, Moraira, Calpe, lots of families go there and they are all near to Benidorm for a good night out, shopping, etc.    Cantabria is also recommended but the weather there is much the same as southern England, ie. not as hot as the southern costas and has plenty of rain, although it cannot be beaten for scenery and food.

  9. costa blanca especially benidorm
