Which is the best EXPENSE TRACKER available on net, which is TOTALLY FREEWARE with little "logo" type(easy-to-understand type for my 12th grade secretary.

I'd suggest you purchase Quicken. It's worth the money and will be great for a lot more stuff than just regular expenses.

I've been personally using it for a lot many years and am very happy with it.
