  1. Dear Shree,

    You may find lot of difficulties in getting spares and other services in case your Lathe is down. Presently the lathes manufactured by Ace ( Ace Manufacturing Systems Ltd.,) are good.

    Even better option is to go for one manufactured by BFW ( Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd., www.bfwindia.com )  See their latest models in their web site. For catalogue please mail to bfw@vsnl.com. Attn: Senior Manager ( Sales ).
