Probably Vicodin but you need a prescription from a dentist for that. Otherwise there are things like Tylenol or you could just ask the pharmacist. If you haven't made an appointment to see a dentist yet you should.

The best thing for a toothache is to wet a teabag and place this in the inside of the gum and lip beside the sore tooth.  The tanin in the tea will extract any infection out of the gum area.  I have tried this myself and found it a great comfort.  Hope this helps.
