Which is the best and cost effective college for IT study in USA? please help?

i am doing my toefl with SAT now and preparing to apply to some of the US colleges for IT studies. please advise which state is good and cheap for living

Well, I'm an American and I live in Illinois. I can tell you that you probably should NOT go to California, Texas, New York, or other big important states like that. Illinois, Missouri, or states around the Canadian/ American border might be a good place to study. Good Luck!

i think you can go any where.

you can save money in another way.

if you prepare well for entrance exams like GRE or TOFEL then you got good marks.if so, lots of scholrships you can get.

if not you can go any where the amounts are same may be some $s difference.thats why prepare well for entrance and get scholorship.

Depends where you are from.  If you are from Norway - they may have scholorships to the University of Minnesota - not sure.  Just lots of Norweigens there.
