I do not live in kolkata but my experience is that Tata indicom is the best mobile setrvice provider and RELIANCE is the worst mobile service provider.because i used to both connetion.And rightnow i am using Tata indicom and its provide me best service.

I had a BSNL Prepaid from ancient ages. It was cheap, but servie was very poor.

Try try calling customer care and you will waste at least one hour.

Also the executives are neither properly trained nor well-behaved.

You can't rely on it if you are making an important call.

I took another connection, this time for Airtel.

I was browsing AIRTEL Live and suddenly they charged me 15Rs for downloading Java Games!!

I was distraught and the customer care executive told me it can't happen!

Just like that!

From my experience, BSNL is cheap but the worst.

Airtel is good for only voice use, other than that I don't trust them.

Bottom line is all the service providers are taking customers for granted.
