Which is the best anti virus for XP2 ?

Till now ,i m using Zone alarm anti virus but facing lots of problem.I access internet from my PC and download lot of things regularly.

Plz tell me anti virus which suits my style. I don't want to format my PC again.....it is very cumbersome

Download, install, update and select Quick Scan.

Remove all infections that it finds after scan.

if want free than AVG(www.grisoft.com) or AVAST(ww.avast.com) r the best b8 if you want real time comprehensive protection than Kaspersky(www.kaspersky.com) or Bitdefender(www.bitdefender.com) r awesome choice for purchase. grab the  latest version 1 of this option, it will surely work.

Again the culprit may be not virus it may be registry conflict, system junk etc. in such case check out 1 of these system optimizer 'Tuneup utilities'(www.tune-up.com) or 'system mechanic'(www.iolo.com) these r the boss 4  all kind of system hassle.

And for any spyware problems, get SpyBot - Search and Destroy:

Both are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don't use up as many resources.

Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.
