Which is the best area with a mixed crowd to invest in an apartment in Sydney...ryde, west ryde or strathfield

I would say they're all mixed crowds in each of these suburbs.

You'll probably get a better value for money unit at West Ryde - it's close to rail and bus.

I have a unit at West Ryde and lived in it for eight years before renting it out.  People are fighting each other to rent there.
