I think the best is Sani Beach Club in Chalkidiki.  You have a view from the beach of  Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. They provide entertainment, sport and leisure facilities.

There are 7 km of white beach in the surroundings of the hotel. In front of the hotel Sani Beach Club has 1 km of private beach, awarded with the Blue Flag.

I've heard good things about the babewatch beach bar in Chalkidiki.  Also, Pasha Club in Chalkididki, but I dont know if Pasha Club is on a beach.

The best is in Chalkidiki...However i adore also the beach clubs in Thassos,and all those near the sea at Thessaloniki..
