Which is the best cable?

i wont something very cheap. i dont want the cable price to raise over a year. i am ok if it only has 70 channels.i live in california by the way.thanks for all your help.

You don't have a choice of which cable to use! Cable is franchised by your city or county, to one company. No choice. If you don't like it, you might have a choice of OTA (antenna) or satellite. And this is true even in CA. :-)
