Which is the best campsite in Canos de Meca in Andalusia?

There is also Camping Camaleon and Camping Cape de Trafalgar. I'd read that Camaleon wasn't so good but wanted to know from anyone who'd been on any of the campsites. Are there lifeguards on the beaches?- the info seems to suggest the currents are very strong along the coast.
