Which is the best chemical for sanitization of De-ionezed water & water for injection stainless steel loop lin

i m using De-ionezed PLANT and diatillation plant. i want to clean s.s line.

for a 1 time sanatizing, I'd use chlorine or hyochlorate solution. (chlorox bleach).  You can't use it continiously unless it 316L SS.
