Which is the best city in Germany?

I'm planning on going there in a few weeks and just want some experienced advice - can be based on beauty, culture, atmosphere..whatever. I'll only be staying for a few days, so I'll probably just stay in one area. Where should I go, and why? Thankyou!

i would say hamburg. its a beautiful city and you can see so many things!

or berlin, the capital of germany. it has pretty much everything ;)

Munich.  Lots of history, beautiful, museums, great transportation, lots of lodging options, can make a day trip to Salzburg (which is also a great city), and Munich produces some of the worlds best beer.
