Im 24,vegetarian,environmentalist who loves the sun and beach. Its hard to pick since most have rain all year long

I live in Portland and have visited all of those you mentioned. For the young, vegetarian, environmentalist part of you, Portland is absolutely the best fit, but the nearest ocean beach is an hour and a half drive away (they are very beautiful) and no one would describe us as sunny. The other three are all close to nice beaches but none are particularly sunny; San Fran is not far from sunny parts of California.
