Honestly? Good colleges in West Bengal do not exist. They are third class at best.  Retail management is best studied in serious minded business colleges, universities or also in some excellent community colleges.  Europe, USA and some Univesities in Central America (Panama) come to mind.  I wouldn't be surprised that, whenever a student makes a mistake in West Bengal, the professors feed him to the Bengal Tigers.
