  1. KELLOGGS!!!!! (choco flavor) There’s definitely nothing better than that, especially in warm milk…….(oh… all that iron shakti)  Trust me.   2. Okay, I don't know why everyone is saying Kellogg's! It's probably best NOT to eat cornflakes, the energy from corn is released really quickly into the bloodstream and will give you a sugar high.... followed by mid morning with a sugar low and subsequent feelings of hunger.

    If you want to eat a cereal that keeps you feeling full until lunch, your best choice would be oats - either cold in a muesli or hot as porridge. Oats are classed as a super food as they have many health benefits such as being an excellent source of soluble fibre and helping to lower blood cholesterol (which is good for your heart) What you will be interested in though, is that oats help to stabilize blood sugar levels a the oat fibre slows down the release of sugar (carbohydrate) into the blood stream.

    This means that a bowl of oats (approx 50g), eaten in the morning, will definitely keep you going  until lunch! If you want to make it more interesting, try adding your own fruit etc - a banana would be a good choice!
