  1. If you're going by the Human Development Index, which ranks countries based on standard of living, education, literacy and life expectancy etc, then the top five countries to live in are:

    1. Iceland (score of 0.968)

    2. Norway (0.968)

    3. Australia (0.962)

    4. Canada (0.961)

    5. Ireland (0.959)

The United States is ranked 12th with a score 0.951.

This list is based on 2005 data, so it might be slightly different today, for a complete list see my source link.

  2. It's a subjective answer. I live in Canada, which to me is one of the best countries, low taxes, public healthcare, capitalist economy. It's a matter of your opinion. Speak to people who actually live in different countries to make up your mind.

  3. if you have some money , Romania

  4. America- low taxes

    Japan- highest life expectancy

Canada, Norway- pleasant, neutral, doesn't get into wars, free health insurance

oh they all have ups and downs.  Cant really say one is the best place to live in.

  5. all of europe mandates 4-6 weeks paid vacation.

  6. guyana - no tax, you don't have to pay for each drop of water you use u just pay for the whole year and that's it.

and its a country that attracts tourists. it also has the worlds greatest drop of waterfall.
