Get one of the Canon's Point&Shot cameras.But your expectations have to be low and with that i recommend you at least one camera and that is Canon.Canons have Digic III processor and it is the market leader like Intel's Processors.Other than Canon,you will be wasting your money and i would be writing this answer for nothing...My last recommendation is that because you have little money ,you don't have to buy nothing!I mean cheap point&shot cameras are only good for couple of thinks.They are so picky to produce good image quality.Only outdoors ,suny days are good for them...Good luck.

IT would depend when you buy as camera modesl change every 6 months. For best value and ease of use facilities I woud recommend the Canon Ixus 80IS.
